I recieved my kit very quick and set up as really easy. The grinch looks great in the window and appears very real, my only issue is the DVD provided jammed up/skipped on the 7th chapter I left a message lest week to discuss and did not get a call back....being Christmas was 2 days away I didnt call again just used the repeat mode for the chapter. I did use a 2nd DVD player to make sure it wasnt the player and it skipped on the 7th chapter again. Still would like a new grinch CD to replace the one that skips.
System is easy to use
